According to what i feel, time wraps itself up into a single mass. Imagine, you have a rope. You twist the rope until it looks like a ribbon.(it must be symetrical) That might be what time might look like if you able to see it. Reason? Actually, its quite simple. If you are on ground level, the gravity acting one you would be 10m/s2. Even if you move back, front, left or right, time would still tick pass you at every one second. Time would be travelling like that rope. No matter how time travels around that rope, it would still end up at one be at one point.

(its just my assumption)
