Goody, sounds like next you will be able to select a piano, drum set, steel guitar and maybe an "air guitar" and make your own music. Lots of games and such can become a reality with the multiple drag, grab, and edit functions. Certainly artists will find new ways to form dynamic presentations. The concept also lends itself to encryption. Just imagine the difficulty of breaking into a computer which can only be accessed by playing chopsticks on the screen (with jazz variations,of course).

Within the pages of the 80's "Electronic Cottage", the author (whose name is withheld pending family notification) imagined a future in which the chess pieces would talk to you and to each other. The surprise was not that it was a bad book --it was far fom it-- but that he was so awful at imagining a future(:-)

Bottom line: if it finds a **use** it will survive. Unsurprisingly, the one use I could think of was exactly... for musicians. (meaning I want you to think I am a great undiscovered musician)

Hey, don't sneer. Apple made a carrer out of them before sneering to them with that "Logic" monstruosity! laugh.gif
