Hi guys im currently trying to solve a problem with no success i was wondering if anyone can help me. I am tryin to find the derivation of the current density across a schottky barrier taking into account the lowering of the barrier due to the applied potential. Can anyone please help me do this i need the formulas and equations. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
