This video doesn"t even belong on a scientific forum. It is a simulation of a hypothetical situation, created by agovernment agency, with vague intent. It seems to be aimed at having us be more afraid of possible havoc wreaked by unnamed parties for unclear reasons - in short it seems to be designed to make us fearful, and feel less powerful, as opposed to high-quality information that lends itself to making us more aware, and therefor more powerful, more capable. Basically, it smells of deliberate disinformation; there is no real information presented. Please keep your scientific objective standards higher than this piece of poorly crafted imitation news.
