I wish to fully agree and endorse the novel concept given by David Milliband for exchanging carbon points on individual level for compensating and penalising the "givers" and "takres" in a just and fair manner. The concept auto integrates the reward and penalty in most transparent manner.The rich who r ignorant and adding to pollution will be penalised by compensating all those who shall contribute for cleaning up the env pollution. I wish this novel concept to assume more support and wider acceptance by everyone who wish to make the Earth a better place to live.Generations to come will acknowlege with gratitude the good rewards this concept is likely to bring about to one and all.
