we do know most of cancer genes,

waht we need is efective universal vectors, that can activate or shut off genes in specific cells at our wish,

thats outa should be workin on,

i can find cancer gene in my garage, with a gene chip and few tools, or any geneetics student,

hey i could teach my little brother to find cancer genes in 2 days, so better work on delivery vectors, then usesless crap

cheers

Genes don't come with a convenient on/off switch on them. As the article said -

A partial understanding. It's not as easy as it sounds. There are untold billions for any company who find a successful cancer cure so you can believe that no one is wasting any time looking for one.
