Telos and Zarkov seem to be manifestations of the same personality. All of this earthling and assignment rambling leads me to believe that the personality is fairly young. The posts show a decent knowledge of some of the kookier theories out there, the types of theories that are readily adhered to by those armed with no knowledge to which to compare them. It seems that Zarkov/Telos does not truly appreciate how absurd references to some imagined assignment and babblings about earthlings as if he is separate really are.

I can only conclude that an obsession with science fiction is thw 'meat' of this persons scientific knowledge. That being said, it is not surprising that he is so quick to latch on to unsupported claims.

Do you agree with this assessment? If not, what is your theory?

My own theory is simple: Zarkov is a complete lunatic wacko idiot. As for Telos, I have two theories: He's either Zarkov's teddy bear or he's a new alias designed to wind us up.
