This guy sounds like an idiot and deserves to be locked up, but he is also remorseful for his actions. I think he should at least get some comforts like a computer with the Internet and a comfy environment. The dangerous precedent here is not locking people up for having a dangerous disease to society, but treating them badly once they are isolated. We need people to cooperate in all cases and not have a picture in their mind of dreary existence that awaits them if we put them in prison. If anyone out there is listening, all you are going to accomplish is to put people with infectious diseases on the "run" if you don"t treat them well when you isolate them.
