Who Has A Real Tesla Coil They Made?

I have this strong desire to see a live Tesla coil one day. I have seen quite a few that people have made and displayed on the net. I wish I could see a live one. Does anyone know how to find people in their locality that has made one of these? (Sarasota Florida?)
