Perhaps you are right - and perhaps you are right that Newtons laws of motion are made without any circular reasoning, and that gravity is well explained - and that AWT is based upon solid grounds. You are the expert.

Anyway, about the program....I think it's in the nucleus..NOBODY will guess so that's my guess. Because that's where DNA is - and the little acids that process the info are in there too.
And I guess the program is simply a sequence or pattern of two "symbols" or points or qualities, whatever, 0 and 1. (That's what my mathemetican friend Matt says) and this info is stored as separate bits-- In the "nucleus"

I'm going to guess that the program is already written and complete. But possibly hasn't been played out completely.
Just like a video game. Like God of War.
So my current monkey guess of the purpose of the program is entertainment.

I thought the universe/nature is always sexually active.
I thought the universe was, is, and will always be operated under the law of average and statistic.
The universe has total potential and total possibilities. And with the invention of a complete theory, possibly Superstring theory, it is also totally abstract.
A theory of physic is useful if it can predict into the past or the future. So, it is logical to declared that we are living in the present state. Not only that only life can realize what a present state is. The present state as we see it is actually both past state and future state together at the same time. But all life has no other choice but to say it is the present state. So, if you are some kind of life form you automatically know the present state, unless you are dead. So, the idea of time and dimensions is realated to life. And a theory is a product of a working brain.
A mind and a theory is the same thing. If I am thoerizing Big Foot existed that is what my mind is. So, a theory or the mind is actual a prediction a being make about the past event or the future event. You like it or not we do act upon what we theorize and that is the reality of it. Since a theory and a mind is the same thing when we study a physic theory we study the mind of a standard/mainstream physicist. A complete theory is a complete mind. Once the ultimate theory is written down it is useful for prediction and making new invention. That is a self generating and self creating universe. The ultimate theory is a program/procedure that rival the DNA.

From certain perspective, the bosons and fermions are behaving like the males and females and both they're even have a spiral structure inside, the geometry of which defines their behavior, with analogy to RNA/DNA. From this point of view here's no fundamental difference between living organisms and the particles of matter, just the complexity level.
