How do you know without asking? Do you think it should be renamed?
It's a piece of property. It should be named by the owners. Sears no longer owns it. I'm sure that the builders of the Great Pyramids didn't call them "The Great Pyramids of Giza."

Fair enough, but then you would be ok with my renaming the other things on the list if I owned them?
If I could do that ... I'd own The Leaning Tower of Limp Noodle.

How does one go about buying the Leaning Tower of Piza? If Pizza Hut bought it, they could rename it the "Leaning Tower of Pizza Hut", but I'm sure that kind of thing is the very reason WHY landmarks aren't sold.
