20 years in China I"ve never heard of pirated medicine... How can you pirate a medicine????

While pirated Vistas are easy to buy, I guess it require more time and skill to get them running. Cracking a Vista is apparently much more difficult than WinXP.

In an electronic market in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, scores of sellers were offering the brand new software for as little as 10 yuan (1.3 US dollars), along with Microsoft Office, anti-virus software and others.

I had readed some reports about price about MS produects in India,Vietnam,China...

I think it is impossible, if this is true, MS will be bankrupt in 1x years.

Everything is pirated around Asia as they often cannot afford western prices. Originally pirated medicines were death in that they were severely diluted versions of the original or something different but again completely useless. Now they make generic versions of many western drugs (the Indian version of Cialis is very good) at very cheap prices, not having spent a fortune on R&D.
