There's no proof of intelligent design, the evidence is quite contrary actually. But I'll ignore that for now.
Also, M-Theory should be used, not superstring theory, as M-Theory is the one that combines all 5 versions of superstring theory by showing their duality.

If proof is a key factor for determining if something is qualified to be called a fact, when facts of yesterday are no longer facts of today which lead to facts of tomorrow being different than those of today... What validity does proof or a fact have?

Well just because what we accept as fact sometimes changes doesn't mean that everything we what we accept as facts will change.
The existence of this topic can serve as an evidence, the significance of intelligent Universe design shouldn't be overestimated.

Can you tell me one thing that is designed without the source being intelligent? Do you have a car or a computer that was created and designed by something that did not have intelligence? Did your children come from a source that had no intelligence?

Yea, landon's posts are a good example of something that was created without their source being intelligent.
Also... I don't have kids, and right now I'm not even old enough to want them. And if my children did come from a source with no intelligence they would have been adopted they wouldn't be from me.
