1. As there are different rechargeable battery specifications in mobile handsets manufactured by different vendors viz Sam sung, LG, Blackberry, Nokia etc how this can be achieved in terms of electronic circuit design within the Mobile Charger ?.

2. Will there be also circuit design changes required in the new cell phone devices manufactured in the future for support/compatibility with universal mobile phone chargers to work ?.
