Unfolding of proteins

Hy,i already tried to post this message in an othet section of the forum, i hope here you can help me (sorry for the repetition of the post!). i'm intresting about biophysics. i'm looking for informations about the unfolding of proteins inside living cells. This is a new techinque, that involves experimental procedures like NMR,Fret based approach,Infrared spectroscopy.
FT IR spectroscopy can be used with a synchrotron light source,for a better spatial resoluction. I need informations about studies with FTIR technique using Calmodulin(CaM). I hope you can help me with some recent article, or some link, or discussion.
