Wrongs? Strapping yourself to a stack of explosives and blasting yourself into space is dangerous. The astronauts know it's not safe, but they still choose to fly. It's not like NASA is patting them on the back as they board the shuttle saying "Don't worry it's 100% safe!" NASA has only had 3 fatal accidents since the beginning of the space program. Not bad if you ask me.
