Are there any human activities, especially wireless communication, that create energy frequencies and/or amplitudes in or near the range of ultraviolet?

The most common use would be sterilization of germs on utensils. Some flying insect killers also may use UV light.

The eye absorbs and reflects UV rays at the same time.
