I think these people would be more reluctant to do female circumscisions if they also mandated cutting off the head of their men"s penis"s... on the same justification that it would "...tame a man"s desire and maintain his honor..." And, at the same time, perhaps it would reduce the population of these evil people who think that it is "God"s Will" to kill anyone who doesn"t follow their religious beliefs.
