In my humble opinion (IMHO)Molecular Infectious Pathogens (MIPs) are common place. We are at the beginning of the next scale of pathogen discoveries. The previous scales being bacterial and viral.
This will bring into question our existing sterilization techniques. Molecular pathogens are not cleansed by traditional sterilization. New plasma sterilization ovens are needed in hospitals and dentists.
When you have your teeth cleaned and scraped you are contaminated with moleculer level pathogens. Hopefully our immune system catches most of them.
