These PHILOSOPHICAL REASONING are not very specific on usual human time. It is about "time, not being 4Th or any dimension or anything alike". Thus these post will not be about the usual PHYSICS GENERAL, as taught in these days, as true accepted science (as the one based on "time" as being a physical "dimension like" as in the theory of relativity and similar fancy ideas...).

The first reasoning on such "time" are in such patent of invention above named "; it was originated from technical dreams that took place in 1981 and that were quite "real" at least in part - in the dream a big one fusion device was working next to my new farm and handling gravitation fields for such fusion cold process, but also it could be used for propulsion in cargo-spaceship traveling to faraway stars... gravitational field handled as we do with electro-magnetism...). FUSOGINO DE HIDROGENIO" (Hydrogen Fusion device, "not requiring thermal heat for fusion: could work in almost absolute zero °Kelvin condition, as in open space, as burning of hydrogen and other atoms do not require "heat" (as in tokamaks). See the patent and some of the dream is in it (or you could visit it back, on another civilization).
Patent is available in Internet for long. I wrote on it when I returned from Berkeley (I lived next to Lawrence Livermore Lab, Hearst Ave. in 1978) and it was deposited in patent office in March 1982. It was based on some tech "dreams" of a more advanced civilization: showing things impossible to our "science and technology": I was invited to get into and into some teaching class room... Some are mentioned in the patent. For sure in great conflict with our Philosophical foundations of our civilization, which is about TIME. A subject not comfortable for any scientist. What in fact is TIME? That is quite like QUICK SAND on the foundations of modern physics, mainly for the theory of relativity...
In 1991 one such "man of dream" (now I could not see him, as if made of "glass", tangible people), decided to ride with me, in my typical wake up alive day, to "reason" about what we think/reason about "human time" versus "their time" and what would be the relationship of concepts and ways of measurements, as to link them.
It was not a religious "contact or doctrinaire" but of science or talk. Many practical examples were provided along the very long day ("trip": he was pointing to where go and stop: through unknown unpaved rural roads... as asking as old would be some rock in some mining in my time and his time...) for me see how "absurd" is our civilization way for reasoning about "time"...
Thus I concluded about the absurdity of the idea of extrapolating our local civilization concepts and laws and time and speed limits (we guess our local tiny universe is some 10 to 20 billion years light "worth" big in our local time, not being uniform as a sphere...) to the endless supreme universe which is encircled by the same supreme time: all around infinite, "without start or end" (something difficult for Philosophical reasoning).
Thus if you go to the past all the way you reach the future, and vice-verse: as such supreme time is closed in itself: it is not a "dimension".
Humans just see a very infinitesimal "slice" of such infinite supreme "time” and ignorantly they call it as if "whole time". Worst, we measure tinny "intervals of such time" as being the "time itself". Quite like the old tale, from Greeks, of the run of a rabbit and a turtle, in which the rabbit couldn't surpass the turtle, at least according physics "limits" imposed by their ignorance: as in nowadays. Because they had the wrong concept of "time" and math...
They, other civilization, were not measuring their time in the same fashion, scale, as we do: we use quite straight linear scale, uniform spaced intervals, for measuring "time intervals": our calendars. They instead quite "exponential or logarithmic" curved to circle line or could be other scale for any of the other civilizations. Quite like Mayans x Europeans time calendars were distinct philosophically.
Can one civilization impose its scientific laws and even "bias" (as if as absolute) to the other civilizations? As valid in this system and in all other system and universes, creations=organizations?
It appears we are quite like one "sprout created small local universe" that was "ORGANIZED" from other "Universe" (quite alike ours: ours is the one Telescope Hubble can see) which is sited some "our WORTH TIME scale" of some 35.5 U.S. "TRILLION" (not "BILLION" !!!) YEARS LIGHT AWAY. Quite hugely far away... and in any way, very nearby for them.
That was a terrible day (as if an earthquake on your scientific believes), as nobody would like to return to the normal life...
In 1997 I was traveling to Orlando with my 2 kids (a couple, same age 11Th). Two women of such people came to us in the boarding line of airline. They were dressed as rich and uniquely dressed queens. For sure to "teach me about" space being made in three-dimensional tangible layers that can be tangible. Because nobody was noticed them and even not my kids, instead of some long talk and "discussion". But they exchanged of my materials, they inspected, and they changed our travel tickets (I don't know how and how can foolish computers and their passwords, it was not the first case to see that "handling"... I saw a case two computers were "burned"...). We were moved to a business class in a very crowed charter flight, at peak of tourist season. An investigation latter showed that we flew in the tourist class... (when pictures, movies and my diary in flight showed the opposite and worry about the big extra bill in my credit card (because I feared my wife had bought such expensive air travel tickets, making me such "expensive surprise"... but it was not the case, as I checked later, as I am not a rich man...).
In USA two events showed that "our time" can be changed/handled, as we do with Auto Cad layers... In one event I was in one place quite crowded with people and suddenly I was in some future time (as that time had disappeared) and it was clear the objects could not be made by our civilization and I could inspect and grab/touch them and see through them. When I returned the departure place was empty, thus it was not exactly in same "coordinates" as human say, as in time. And my kids were inpatient, worried about my delay.
In other event I could "see", quite like in "slow motion", how the layers of local time can be "frozen" and mine not, It was with such "glass man", but became on board of running rented car while at 65mph speed. Maybe he had been there and "turned off", as my 2 kids were in the back seat sleeping, after an active day in NASA John Kennedy space-center. It was already night time, and we already had had a dinner (sea food) in a good restaurant and we were in the express highway to Miami, for some shopping and tourist activity.
Then I "noticed" something very intriguing, as if some type of accident had taken place in the lanes coming from Miami, as the traffic was decreasing more and more, and then NOTHING MORE was coming... I got worried about a HUGE ACCIDENT had happened ahead and I was "alert"... Then I noticed that as if the vehicles ahead of me started to move VERY FAST and very soon I couldn't see any back lights from them... Then, for my amazement, I noticed as if all traffic behind me had step on brakes and they quite suddenly disappeared from my eyes. Then as if a "CLOUD OF DARKNESS" (as if "mist? smoke?) was coming over the road and its sides, thus I could see only the road lanes. In fact only the lights of panel and the traffic lines on the road lanes were visible...
I had great fear and I turned on the lights to park while decreasing the speed to stop at the side of the road, when I heard one person, sat besides me, to "CONTINUE! IT IS SAFE. Drive at the road limit"... For sure it was a time to talk and reason on some philosophical points. It is possible the car was not "traveling"? But I had all the sensation of movements (could it be like they have when training to be plane pilots?). At the end, that took quite long time, all the "events reversed", in the same and smooth sequence, back to normal. And then I was surrounded by traffic going to Miami and seeing the traffic coming from Miami.
Thus, for me, time (for that people driving to or from Miami) was "frozen" over some of the express-road highway of Cape Canaveral to Miami. But in both cases my normal time continued passing for me.
WHAT IS such TIME? Thus my time could be "frozen" to our human time, and return in other human time... or that distinct time scale would be passing, both living mortal human life...Thus I went into USA to show to my kids the launching of the Space Shuttle, and also to have fun in Orlando and Miami, and to see the so advanced US technology and I could "see" it was like the Roman chariots used in Coliseum fights and an old "Roman Museum of chariots of fire" in Kennedy Space Center...
In fact women can be good scientists: no bias about that (good their idea of dressing like queens...).
In 1999 again came such "glass man", back, to my home, and asked me to reproduce something, as a map, as if seen from the glass window of a spacecraft (space shuttle) on a very high orbit on Earth, BUT some million years ago (???). It was for me be ready, with all material for making the drawing, because I was to take exactly ONE HOUR.
Thus such map was made, in my home, as if from nothing (not allowing using computer or any human maps), and working fast. It received the name MAPA DA UMA HORA (the "ONE HOUR MAP"). I was guided to post a notice (add) in the local newspaper, in 3 distinct days, saying such information was found and the map made available... Thus I searched the LEAST EXPENSIVE newspaper for posting such ADD. I was going there when "I heard" I was a great avaricious, of having known so great information for publishing it in so tinny space in quite impossible to understand wording... that it was a SHAME. That I was not a poor fellow..."
Thus I turned to the most expensive newspaper and ordered to publish 3 GOOD SIZED ads about such MAP OF ONE HOUR from the very OLD DAYS of the EARTH and many persons got interested to buy such LANDS... I was guided to search JEWS SCIENTISTS (I found them in Washington; I guess Jews scientists are more "reliable" in the bulk but it is not a specific rule, for sure...) for us start a research to "see, test" if the ONE HOUR MAP was useful". Such research started in the very end of 1999, early 2000. Results available in Internet for long.
It is evident that things are not what they appear to be. They can be like THREE-DIMENSIONAL LAYERS, like the bi-dimensional we have in AUTO CAD-Auto-desk, and for me I can see and be in several "layers", at the same time, but for others some of such layers are not "active" (turned on). Thus what is "tangible, that I can grab" (as the two queens in the international airport) may not be tangible for others (as my two kids...) and even so things can be shifted (exchanged) from one "layer" to the "other".
Based in one experience (as the terrible day of trip in 1991), it is possible that the real appearance is other, maybe more convenient for a first civilization contact (friendly), as if a very perfect three-dimensional tangible hologram including generation of smell, sweet, perfumes, sound, music, smoke incense, etc.). In fact I was able to see very scaring things... but they were in a time layer.
TIME is the very basic FOUNDATION of modern science.
THERMODYNAMICS didn't advance up to when people could have a better concept about HEAT, as being ENERGY, that was flowing from WARMER TEMPERATURE to COLD TEMPERATURE (not the opposite: caloric), and that was the limiting factor for the feasibility of thermodynamic phenomena: as thermal efficiency. Thus it was the key for understanding the design of more efficient and economic equipments, for example, of modern days.
