eg. atoms on earth at sea level, do their internal fields experience more/less shifting than atoms 50Km above sea level from the earths gravity field.
It's probably more of a question about scales, do lower(atomic) scales define/influence our scale(cosmic) or does our scale define/influence the lower scales or do they mutually exist as one and both influence each other...
