How old is that thread? I can't remember when the titles started doing the initial capitals thing, but you could search through the Comments and Suggestions section to find the first thread complaining about it.

I've noticed you can't spell PhysOrg correctly in a topic title - it always comes out "Physorg". This could be a consequence of no "shouting" allowed in titles.
