Clapeyron's equation : "The change of pressure with tempertaure at saturation during phase transition is equal to the (Latent heat)/((temperature)*(difference between the specific heats of the two states)).

In a book it is written that the Clayperon's equation holds in all phase transitions in which there is a "discontinuity in entropy and volume at the transition temperature".[B][U]
