Ideal gas goes from situation 1, to 2, to 3 in two steps with T0=240K

1st step:
p1=p2=2*10^5 [Pa]
V1=5 [l]
V2=15 [l]

2nd step:
p2=2*10^5 [Pa]
p3=1*10^5 [Pa]
V1=V2=15 [l]

question: find Work, Internal Energy and Heat Transfer

I know delta W=p*dV=2000J (correct?)
and I know delta Q = delta W + dU
but how can I find dU?
