What follows is the result of (poor) communications with Trout.
Imagine a rocket (of length L) accelerated by a rocket at the back. Call the acceleration g. If the front of the rocket going at the same speed as the back of the rocket?
Nooo..
Due to the finite speed of light the back of the rocket has been accelerated for longer than the front.
1/ The front lags behind by a time difference of t=L/c.
2/ Knowing (Newton) v=u+gt we can say the difference in velocity is gL/c
3/ so the time dilation (gamma) will be 1/sqrt(1- (gL/c)^2/c^2)
Does this agree with GR?
A while back Brucep compared SR and GR time dilation - if I (or anyone) finds it - we can check.

At first sight this seems to be saying g_top != g_bottom - whereas I'd sooner be approaching this from a gravitational potential POV if possible.

I took upon myself ot challanghe these spammers, AND to MAKE MODS NOTICE/DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT
SOMETHING WAS DONE, a new mod was promoted amd subsequently the new mod (rpenner) banned all the spammers/bots etc including MYSELF
I sacrificed MYSELF SO RPENNER COULD BE MOD AND HELP CLEAN UP THE FORUM. I DID THIS FROM MY OWN GOODWILL
I HAVE been on the run since, having to be constantly in hididng.
