The headlines said a Denver man proposes that an E.T. meeting center, be placed on Denvers city council of proposals.
The reality of this proposal, although badly done, is that this proposal, for the time now, is correct.
This is so, due to two primary reasons.
The Pentagon had said, {Forget global warming, start worrying about the ice age}!
The meaning of this statement is what the Pentagon said.
An ice age, is a planets way of going to sleep, so that necessary changes can take place, in reference to progress, including the status of some species on the planet.
An indication that we are going into one right now, is the proliferation of funguses.
These funguses seem to befuddle many scientist, as to why this rampant outbreak in both animal and plant fungus outbreaks is taking place?
The truth is, that these outbreaks of fungus are occurring, as funguses act as polymers, to adjust new DNA sequencing profiles.
This is not a conspiracy. Its just how nature works, in letting some species improve what they are.
Mankind, I’m sorry to say, is the direct product of alien intervention within his primary DNA engineering.
This is strongly said so, in Zachariah Sitchins book, (The Twelfth Planet).
Man being a made constituency of three other primary species and probably more, makes man a hybrid.
So since he is not a natural animal to this planet, more than likely in the scheme of things, he will be erased, when these terms of evolution start to spring upon Earth.
This is not a falsehood. If you’ve done any kind of planting, with hybrid corn, you will notice that both after time and as far as volunteer sprouts in next years field, these types of corn, seem to phase out.
There are a few other indications, such as invention in both hunting tactics and tool using in Orangutans, which defiantly show that some of the primary great apes are already starting to travel through their evolutions.
This is an ice age. A time of change.
You cant call a bomb strike, shout orders at it, or put a political label on it; it just is.
*For the proposal, whether it flounders of succeeds, there must be a division of property that is zoned as a state sanctioned above ground meeting place, to where any customer, or entrepreneur, can go to this zoned off place, then choose from a very large directory, their type of alien that they want to meet.
There must be, by formalism, some paperwork filled out, so that there is at least a trace of responsibility for the relations of that person or group of persons who have made public sanctioned contact, where they went and what has become of them.
This option is made, as they might do well leaving the planet and establishing their livelihood elsewhere.This is as the happening of this ice age that we’re now in, may like reformatting a hard-drive, erase what mankind is.
Know that if mankind chooses to leave, they may retain their value of what they are, if domically transplanted?
The avarice of planned war, either by intention or accident is only foolishness on top of a natural phase that this planet must go t through.
Waging war right now, so that it becomes a global problem is about the most foolish act that I can imagine.
So the proposal from a Colorado based man, stands to be voted on, as a place to where many people, who choose to elect to seek a wide range of off world contacts with E.T.s, (hopefully at an approved and zoned public park), stands to be voted on as an issue.
These are the balances in the margin. I would hope that cooler heads and maybe more thoughtful considerate ones, would prevail within the in itial phases of this wide ranging proposal.

There are probably many members of academia,, the military in some capacity, the curious, or just readers of this website, that have stopped in to look at this thread.

The control line of thought dealing with the subject matter of man being familiar with the UFO E.T. and off world issues, is not a new one.
