i want to make a dynamic modeling of surface steam condenser. Please help me to solve the under mentioned problem

If a steam entering the condenser has:
-mass flow rate: 5 kg/s
-temperature: 120 degC
-pressure: 100 kPa

and cooling water across the condenser has:
-mass flow rate: 100 kg/s
-temperature inlet : 70 degC

how much:
-pressure and temperature on the condenser (condenser volume: 5 m3)
-temperature of cooling water outlet?
-heat duty of condenser

other known parameters:
R=0.461 kJ/KgK
Specific latent heat of steam (L)=2270 kJ/Kg
UA (heat transfer coefficient)= 360 kW/K
cooling water holdup: 6500 kg
Cp (heat capacity of cooling water)= 4.5 kJ/KgK
