Static Eletricity In Human Body

Hi guys,

How could I charge a body with positive static Electricity in such way that the body would atract a product that has positive charge?

Will it be dangerous for the human body?

positive electric charge repels positive electric charge.

That's why human hair is turned into self-repelling halos when a van de graaff generator is used to generate static electricity.
