Space and time are one and the same, and there is no true "at rest". If we could travel at the speed of light, time would stop. If time would stop, space would stop, if space stops, are we not at rest? Wouldn't the true "at rest" be if we were traveling at the speed of light?

not from the perception of the one going the speed of light.. he is at rest time is the same for him it is the time outside to him that has stoped.. for us not on the space ship we see time as being stopped for him... but really if someone flys by at the speed of light you probably wouldnt get a good look at him. smile.gif
