He uses a rotating optical disk in which the entanlged data is stored for later retrieval.

The optically stored data is OR"d to create entangled photons sent over optical fiber from the transmitting end.

The entangled photons are AND"d to recovery the entangled data at the receiving end.

A rewritable rotating optical disk having trillions of atomic switches is used to store the data to be entangled when needed.

Ah, but this report is about people who actually built something, that works, not just an idea for an application.

Also, entanglement simply cannot be used to send information faster than light or without a real signal. So that pretty much blows the whole credibility of the material you are referring to.
