It seems like evermore data about pathologies which seem to be associated with nonotechnology are being recognized. Does anyone have any hopes that some agency will start considering legal strictures to minimize the societal damage?

No, not till a prominant influential person has one of their family members, sucumb to proablems associated with nanotechnolgy, within the enviroment.
