Was just informed that a friend has Prostate Cancer. He is in his mid 70’s.
Just did a quick check of conventional treatments that his doctor might recommend, there is nothing there that looks like it be would a whole bunch of fun or effective.
I don’t know if he is open to alternative treatment, but I was wondering what the experts here would recommend.

I suggest he consult a doctor, then another doctor, maybe even one more. Then he can decide.

I do not recommend that you or he get any advice from people who are not qualified to do so, which would include myself and just about everyone on this forum. There are some very smart people here but unless they are a qualified medical professional, it's not wise to take or give advice on something this serious.

BTW... I am sorry for your friend. I hope he gets good treatment and recovers fully soon.

There´s a good chance your friend - allowing for his age - will die with the cancer rather than from it. Hopefully it will never bother him too much. But, as Rob said, deal with the experts who can assess his individual circumstances. Best of luck to you both.

The best remedy for prostrate cancer is surgery/radiation, and if necessary, total removal of prostrate gland. Just hope it has not spread to pelvic or to ther organs of the body, before surgery. Followed up by PSA monthly, after surgery, to see if it has spread or not. Although surgery/radiation treatment is now effective. Alternative medicine is very good and in most cases is more effective than traditional western medicine..
So: continue eating tomatoes, fresh, it prevents, as well as arrest, whatever prostrate cancer cells is left. Also eat carrots, very good in preventing spread of cancer. Iif prostrate cancer has spread to pelvic, then there is complication but it can be remedied. Take calcium, soak with fresh carrot juice, as much as possible. Prostrate cancer dislike calcuim with carrot taste. Human bones needs calcium, bones is replaced every year. See.

Let me know more ...I can be of help.

Eduard 3 is right, too. With his age, 70, he may outlive prostrate cancer with is slow. But if that prostrate cancer gland can be removed, better, before it spread. Hoping it has spread yet. Because if it has, alternative medicine is more necessary.
Eating at liberety fresh carrots, green tea, agricusgold mushrooms...
