Can Supercomputers and Earth Satellites provide 100% accuracy in predicting Earthquakes and Volcanoes ?.

Among the two i.e. Supercomputer and Earth Satellite which Machine can provide more accuracy ?.

As regarding the natural calamities viz Earthquakes, Volcanoes if predicted accurately by Supercomputers and Earth Satellites would tell the mankind staying in the area to be more cautious and will handle their lives and properties in advance, i.e. Planning before disaster takes place in advance.

1. If we researched extensively on Supercomputers and Earth Satellites
Design Robustness for 100 % prediction of likely occurrence of Earthquakes and Volcanoes, it will be a Huge benefit to mankind. isn't it ?.

2. Among the two technologies (Machines) viz Supercomputers and Earth Satellites, which can provide more accurate results in terms of prediction ?.

Scientific research satellites (commercial and noncommercial)

Scientific research satellites provide us with meteorological information, land survey data (e.g., remote sensing), Amateur (HAM) Radio, and other different scientific research applications such as earth science, marine science, and atmospheric research.

Accurate predictions of such events are not possible, as far as I know.

The Software Applications designed and developed on the Supercomputer along with the robust hardware architecture should help in predicting one, two months in advance to the mankind regarding an possible disaster taking place.

Similarly Satellite Programs designed and developed along with robust hardware architecture of the Earth Satellite should help study Planet Earth Science in terms of Geological information i.e. Earth's crust.
