1st May 2012 - 04:44 AM
My company is starting to do motion capture and while i understand the process for capturing and computing the 3d points, I don't understand how the software works. i would like more information on how photogrammetry works. The best i can figure out is the software must use the law of sines to calculate the distance to the point from the nodal point of the moving camera. I would love one of the mathematicians here to explain it to me.
