Hello,

I'm interested in LDR/photo resisters. I have a fairly in-depth understanding of computer engineering/science but am more curious on how LDR's can be used for imaging.

My thoughts and understanding of LDR's is it is a simple semiconductor that becomes activated by exposure to some sort of a EM wave. I want to get more information on sensitivity, EM response and scale of LDR's however I haven't been able to find much information across the internet about them.

Does anyone know of a good forum, resource for EM sensors?
