Conditions rapidly go downhill from there, with the entire office physically attacked from this one outraged worker, who is eventually hit back and subdued by fellow workers.
The problems from this action involving the original worker, are liability suits, state and federal in-office regulations looked at, personal injury and stress claims, OSHA or occupational health and safety regulations.
The outcomes to this predicament, if this action might be termed this after a peer review board, might be, should this office been allowed to operate within the existing parameters?
2.Is there anything that could have been done, or designed, to make this working situation better. AND if this sort of action did happen, is there a way to make this less likely to have happened, so the impact damage is or was not so great?
