If you look at the worker who started the fray, you will observe that he had papers placed on the floor.So we might be able to or not be able to deduce that his working enviorment was a bit placed at stress to begin with.

Another worker stoops to help pick up these papers, which was not his property and the other worker hits him over the head, with it looked like a briefcase?

Conditions rapidly go downhill from there, with the entire office physically attacked from this one outraged worker, who is eventually hit back and subdued by fellow workers.

The problems from this action involving the original worker, are liability suits, state and federal in-office regulations looked at, personal injury and stress claims, OSHA or occupational health and safety regulations.

The outcomes to this predicament, if this action might be termed this after a peer review board, might be, should this office been allowed to operate within the existing parameters?
2.Is there anything that could have been done, or designed, to make this working situation better. AND if this sort of action did happen, is there a way to make this less likely to have happened, so the impact damage is or was not so great?

These ideas from the output information might lie in the real of human environment design applications, office industrial design applications, mandatory occupational health and safety design applications.

To the qualified student or professional, the occurrence of uncontrolled rampage out-letting, does seem to be a factor that has to be considered in design of any effective workplace, or other?
