Putting your work in Vixra isn't publishing. It's basically a hosting site. An unmoderated hosting site. At least ArXiv has basic standards by which is allows people to submit work, even though its not peer reviewed.

What's the matter Amrit, can't you convince ArXiv you're sane enough to be allowed to submit work?
