Hi....
I am working on nano-fluids.
I want to disperse TiO2 nanoparticles in lubricating oil. Dry TiO2 nanoparticles are available to me. I need to know the surfactants required in obtaining stability and the procedure of doing it....
Please advice....

The best way I know to do the is to
electrostaticly charge the particles
with a Van de Graaf generator..

The solution needs to be ph neutral..
