Even the people at Sci-Fi are going to release the new series, Jake 2.0, which is about a human nano-cyber person, who seems to be somewhat similar to mythical Superman.
The main problem with this concept, is that both the human and the nanobots, that are to be ingested, must know and agree with one another.
If there is not an a established or agreed to symbiosis, then more drastic venues, might possibly occur.
In an earlier Trieste, there was a mentioning that if some who do not observe the industrial ecological concerns, should dump a drum of super-fine nano-powders, into a stream, then through the process of Mendellion adaptations, you could end up with either superbugs, or fish crustacia, that are able to eat through metal.
This idea, I found amusing, as at least this shows another web entity, other than myself, who adopts a futuristic application, of what mankind and bio-adaptive med-nanobots, could possibly mean?
There is the problem of ego, as at first, this test subject, may have the ability to leap ten foot in height, or batter through steel or concrete walls?!

Version 2.0 - Nano/Biogenetically Engineered Body
Revised Version 2.0 Body: Bio/Nanotech Body
1. Use (Rope-Threaded Nanotubes) and layer it over my skeletal structure to give it diamond strength because of a diamond/hyper alloy. Would be nice to have bones that will not ever break. And consider the increased strength. A Synthesized Skeletal Structure.
2. Genetically (Cloned and Grafted Muscle Tissue) with added nanotube support to the skeletal frame adding extremely stronger muscles.
3. Create a (Nano-heart) built to pump out my blood system with a new synthesized (Nano-plasmid Mixture) that will oxygenate the body more efficiently. Let’s hold my breath for four hours!!
4. Inject (Optic Nanites) into the eyes which would give x-ray vision, night vision, infra-visions, thermal vision, microscopic, telescopic, macroscopic, nanocopic, binocular vision, ect. Would also allow you to record video footage and digital images.
5. Enhance my hearing with new and improved (Nano-Layered Eardrums) to pick up multiple frequencies. Regular, sonic, ultrasonic, ect.
6. Inject a (Nano/Biogenic Enzyme) into my body that would give me a (Regenerative Healing-Factor). Ouch I just lost my arm, whoa its growing back!!
7. I would inject an (Anti-Age Nano-genetic Enzyme) that keeps regenerating individual cells keeping me at a constant age. I'll take being 22 indefinitely!
8. Inject (Nano/Genetically Enhanced White Cell Immune System) into my body. Common colds, infections, allergies and diseases would become null and void.
9. Create a (Nano-Plated Skin Structure) out of nanites that retain the supple softness and color of real flesh but can be hard as diamond when needed.
10. Create (Bio-Nano Organs) for the body. Durable, self efficient, self repairing organs that would never degrade even over long periods of time.
11. Create a (Nano Engineered Substrate Brain) with a very vast data storage capacity and high speed connectivity out of nanotechnology that does not decay and degrade over time. (this really will be gray matter)
12. Install a (Companion Super-intelligent Nanite Composed Artificial Intelligence) into the Substrate Brain. This would be a Symbiotic Super Intelligence Advisor/Mentor that would be with you continuously communicating with you telepathically. Upload the Library of Congress.
