Hey Gorgeous, perhaps the poster in question merely needs a little brush up on the meaning of the word "lie"? Perhaps he uses the term in an Algebraic sense that is beyond the reach of comprehension of ordinary folk like me and you?
I simply can't imagine he meant it in this sense...
A lie (also called prevarication) is a type of deception in the form of an untruthful statement with the intention to deceive, often with the further intention to maintain a secret or reputation, protect someone's feelings or to avoid a punishment. To lie is TO STATE SOMETHING ONE BELIEVES IS FALSE with the intention that it be taken for the truth by someone else.

... and one need not have a firm grasp of the nuance of the English language in order to manifest courage, so regardless of what I tend to agree are some rather peculiar word choices used with rather disturbing regularity by the poster in question, I stand by my prior statement. For good or for bad, he's not afraid to be held accountable and that, IMHO, is worthy of note, especially upon this forum.
Best,
Raphie
