Hi all. This is not about a advice but rather a discussion. Now this is about a topic which has a lot of contradiction.

In India usually people use the term body heat, etc for something like inflammation, constipation, pathological Hemorrhoid. Though am not sure about that, but the remedy they say tend to work out. Like having a oil bath, where they use to pour oil in the head and have a bath. When they do this we could feel a chilling effect, eyes would turn red (not because of irritation). It would feel as if hot steam going out from body while you take bath. I for some reason hate that from my childhood. I rather prefer using Head and Shoulders cool menthol. I do the same, take bath for almost half an hour or more. It reduces my heat in the same way as oil bath. I want to know what happens actually.
I know that acne has nothing to do with body heat but I want to know how it works. Also the same for inflammation. How it helps in curing.

Secondly, Chicken, my goodness heavens having a nightmare with it. I love to eat chickens at my younger age. But since I had pathological Hemorrhoid eating Chicken brings a lot of problem. Let me make it clear, eating it once a week doesnt have any effect, at least doesn't have any noticeable effect. But when I eat it more than thrice in a week(not willingly but out of compulsion), I am having a torrid time. It would take at least 3 or 4 days to not feel any pain. I thought from my experience, Chicken, Spicy foods cause these problems. But when I searched online, there are contradictions. Some say eating chicken is good for inflammation, some say it adds to constipation, some say it helps during constipation. What is actually happening.

Applied Medicines: This is the funniest thing I have ever seen. I know different people react differently to medicines. But come on, I use Head and Shoulders regularly since I had dandruff. It works for me pretty well, and am free from Dandruff now. But why some people achieve poor dandruff control with Head and Shoulders whereas they have better control when they use other products. But when I use those products it doesn't work for me. I want to know what factors make medicines work for some and not work for some.

I am a heath care provider but i find it not that easy to contribute in this discussion. As for chicken being good in managing constipation, that is news to me.

I never said Chicken was good in managing Constipation. Because I hate chicken by my personal experience. But I see two groups contradicting each other online. One say fibre is all you need to manage Constipation whereas the other group says meat items, etc will help you manage constipation. Why there is a debate at all. Its prevalent in all over India that Chicken adds to inflammation and Constipation. That may be due to fact that they make it very hot and spicy in India.
