Recently I read one artical ,in which inform that rich students of U.S. regularly taking steroid for enhance their intelligence, if this true,no one care there are side effect of this drug.Why everybody is rushing to come first in compition. Why man is runnig for money, prestage power, only for happiness,is man can get real happiness with these matterial gain?Are all rich prestagious people are really hapy?

Actually, that's a reference to a media catchphrase. The substance that you are reffering to is likely called Aderall, one of the varieties of stimulants used to treat disorders like ADD/ADHD. I'm not entirely against the use of drugs to improve performance, considering my stance on cybernetic prosthetic devices and gene therapy, genetic filtering, and even genetic tailoring/engineering for the same purpose. If we are to progress I would think that it is in our best interests, as a human species, to consider what will push us to the next level.

Similarily, it's in our best interest to consider the negative impact and to always be wary of a seemingly easy solution. Without knowing the long-term side effects of any such method, one cannot assume that it is actually an improvement. It may just be a trade-off. Then again, so is speciation.

(I'm likely making some bad equivocations, here, but I think you get the gist of my point)

If steroids do have a boosting effect upon intelligence, it explains why men are more intelligent then women. Why? Hormone levels relating to both muscle-growth and intelligence, both at the same time.

There are also people who believe that drugs strengthens their artistic minds...Ray Charles was a drug addict for he believed it had a tremendous effect on his music and it's true that somehow his music wasn't as innovative once he quit the drugs but they were still good. There were just from another level than his former style.
