I have been watching the global Warming.I knw it was just a matter of time. With mars coming close to the earth, and the sun. I think it just through off the magnetic field just enough to cause the earth quakes, and the global warming. The ice has to melt, and the ocean"s fill it up, and down comes the land mass"s.
Maybe I am wrong, but history does in fact reat it"s self.
The same with thermodynamics". It will also repeat it"s self.

Well I think that its obvious that a sudden explosion of industrial activity will cause changes all across the world, affecting climate, ecosystems, etc. Of course many weaker species of animals will die out, of course domesticated animals and plants will fall out of their niche and require re-adaptation to continue efficient production of food, fur, etc. We are proberbly soon about to witness the least biodiverse period that the world has seen since the evolution of animals.

But... it doesn't really matter.
A nice mix of evolution through artificial selection and capitalism will keep those cows making meat and leather while temperatures rise. Scientists will continue to recieve government funding to ensure that the nation's farms, seas and forests have enough of the right kind of animals, plants, and bacteria to continue to function. Genetic engineering will eventually allow aquatic/amphibious designer babies. Materials research will help us develop more and more advanced earplugs so that we dont have to listen to the conservatives who oppose everything and want us to drown/boil to extinction.

All is well.

More global warming lies? I don't listen and I don't care. Didn't we just go through one of the coldest winters on record? How can you have that and a record warming? And really, why isn't global warming natural? The earth has been through ice ages and tropical ages to millenia before man arrived on the scence. This is probably just another natural cycle. Don't believe these lies. Too much of the "global warming" agenda is tied to socio-political agenda. Until those study it divest themselves of that, propose real solutions (Kyoto is joke), then I will start to listen to them. For now, they are liars.

Please note .001% is not a big number. However, you do have the right attitude: if indeed global warming is happening, we will simply adapt to it. There is no need, or rather, it is futile to try and stop it.

Sure it's just a small amount. But over time, things could get worst.
And Jonathan Fletcher, you must live out east somewhere. Because here in Nebraska, we have had only a day or two of snow, the rest has been rain.
We are short of moisture, this would cause for less irrigation, and supply will high.

whatever happened to that wild aquarium seawead that was takin over the world!!just to point out that adaptation is not always a GOOD thing!!!
