Anyone who has tried meditation can (And most have) recreated and monitored this exact responce in themselves. I read about this exact experiment in a little (well, not so little) novel called ILLUMINATUS! (By Robert Anton Wilson and Robert Shea), which was written THIRTY YEARS AGO. The attempt to pass this off as "New Science" seems abbhorantly Greyfaced to me.

im concerned with the amount of suggestion interlayered in my mothers meditation tapes and co-counceling. Is this warrented
