With any luck, the advertising industry won"t go to the extent of putting up electronic billboards with this technology. If they do, we can look to a higher accident rate as drivers become "immersed" in the ad while driving past the billboard.

According to the PDF availible at their website, it uses lenses to project two different views at the same time, giving the impression of a 3-D image. You can find out more here. All in all, it's pretty cool!

I've actually seen these, its basically an LCD screen on a billboard. Very much poser if you ask me, +energy consumption and you have a waste of time. Add the eventual lawsuit for distracting drivers and you have a hazard to the ad company.
