The stomach is like an elastic bag. Eat and it expands. Don't eat and it shrinks, which gives you the sensation of hunger pains. If you can last 3 days on a diet, you have passed most of the hunger pain stage and will feel little from then onwards. Cut out fats and sugars and eat more fruit and vegetables. Starving yourself is no good because the body goes into a state of siege and hangs onto every ounce. If you eat Fruit and veg, you fool the body into thinking everything is OK so will lose weight easier.

The problem with obesity is that when you lose weight, you do not lose the brown cells you have developed which are essentially 'fat cells' so while it is hard to lose weight, it is easy to gain it all back again and in most cases, gain even more weight than original which is what happens to many 'Slimmers of the Year'. Once you reach your target weight, you have to change your eating habits for life.

I'm aprox 5'11'' 6FT dressed with the long neck long arm-span skeletal structure male bloodline. My physique encompasses my christened surname with the High upper body strength. I have alway been pro-teen Lean.

However working in the call-center industry in a comfy job I became an a comfortable couch potato talking within 1991-2003 my mass body index peeked at 108Kg from 90KG in 1998, enjoying the workplace cafeteria facilities to much unwittingly at the expense of my $1,500 fortnightly wage and also at the expense of upper-body strength cop like skeletal physique. Tall powerful tennis player physique would be a preferably acceptable Way of phaseing it perhaps.

There are numerous ways of loosing weight.
Don't eat, drink to your toast in the gutter.
Smoke to distract your poverty COzual hunger pains.

I'm current at 96KG(just weighed my self in the middle of typing this post)
In 2003 (It took 3 months) My Bodyweight went down to 83KG from 108KG

How? I'll tell you because it may reduce the numbers of deaths due to obesity.

Eat meat cooked in water instead of oil.
Be an celebant eater, Manning don't eat food that is too tasty because food is addictive YOU'LL be struggling with the pain of resisting what you crave(essentially pleasure in terms of taste at the expense of fat wallet of yours loll) You'll b struggling like an WHO with Death( An European 1940's figure of speech in retaliation of the pre that Who's Who's condescendingly rhyming quip WE Whoosen own the the Castle's(Domiciliary/stores Granitrock buildings[cum'myeh'nitzeh]) whereas use's(indigenous countrymen: the founders/creators the country/body/mind and soul) OWN the Streets. To sae again they own premise's we only own the street!
Carry on (s)weeping.

I prefer the high protein diet of boiled whatever meat/mince with boiled vegetables
Eating tomato's obscures u cravings for smoking, fills your STOmach preventing hunger cravings to perpetually eat yourself into an grave prematurely

Well, it sounds too good to be true. How many times have we (the obese) been told "this will make you slim!" only to have our hopes dashed again. Appetite is a sneaky monster and I've found NO WAY to beat it. I've been on Nutrisystems, Weight Watchers (which really worked the best, I lost 30 pounds), Atkins, all to no avail. I'm a carboholic, not chocolate but sugar and bread.
If this is already approved by the USDA then I'm in for a test drive. All you skinny people keep your opinions to yourselves. I am 6 feet tall, a woman over 50 and I've only been heavy for about 8 years. Before that I weiged no more than 184. Now I'm at 265 -- it's a combination of things, no exercise (I have a desk job and my joints are so sore from carrying this much weight that it's tough to exercise). I've been tested for diabetes (don't have it). I have a very small frame and this is killing me --

According to a old phrase "An apple in a day keeps the doctor away". But I know a new phrase to control weight that is " A bicycle in a day keeps the jim away". Which means try to reach your home or office or market on you bicycle. In this way you will lose your weight daily.

Too many cyclist get injured with accidents with other vehicles on the highways. It is doubtful whether it is so good for your health.

It's not a good idea to starve yourself to lose weight. To lose weight without going hungry, you need to eat food that high in volume but low in calorie and fat such as fruit and vegetable.

i hope its work

It was last New Year's when I decided to lose weight. I was 318 pounds and couldn't even look in a mirror. One day I was in a store buying food and a child came up to me and poked my belly and asked me when my baby was going to come. The worst part of that experience was that I was a guy lol. Anyways after 2-3 months of taking useless diet pills and ab monster machines and all that crap I was reading online and came across a program called Truth About Abs. I still remember the site where I read the review at http : //boyels . com . After reading that I started following it of course, I couldn't help it; it was so compelling and addicting. I must say it was probably the best choice in my whole life. 8 months late I'm 212 pounds with a visible 4 pack of abs (working on the 6 pack lol). I still use the program today and I tell you the main thing is to never give up and always push yours further then the day before because while others sleep, we are running.
