I hate how I look. I’m skinny, and I look weak. Sometimes I hesitate to talk to people (especially girls) because of that. Anyone knows how I can get a good shape? Help me please.

Start by eating regularly.
Three meals a day.
Directly after training (around one hour) you have a 'window' where your body will use food maximally.

The key to building mass is having regular habits.
Without that nothing will work for you.

Take long walks, or start lifting, or swim or... :)
You don't need to buy expensive sh* to eat.
Normal food works perfectly.

But chips etc just fools your body.
Leave those things to once a week like Friday.
And then eat until you puke :)

It is the regularity that will fix it for you, not any 'miracle cures'.

Oh! This is not at all a big problem, my friend. It happens with lots of people like you and me. A friend had the same problem and he came across a free pdf book on www.buildingmuscleformula.com. That book helped him get a good and healthy shape.

Hopefully you won’t hesitate talking to people very soon.

i have never been able to put on any extra weight past the age of 18 or so.

Let's have a bit of truth for a while.

Even though you can change things somewhat, mostly by eating well and exercising a lot, sometimes your body will also dictate what your shape will be to a certain extent.

However....

Fitness shows.

Exercise heavily (weights, other type of training or sport) at least 3 to 4 times a week and some aerobic activities between those days. You might not become larger but you will become fitter. It will help how you look a lot more than becoming bigger or whatever else you think you might want.

Be realistic... but put in the hard work.

That is the only way you will see real results.

yeah i kinda been stuck at the same weight when all others around me have gained weight as they got older. i may be one of those people that just cannot get bigger.

i guess im happy but its worrying sometimes you know.
