Hi, I'm not sure exactly how to set this one up. Can someone please help me?
A woman and her dog are out for a morning run to the river, which is located 4.90 km away. The woman runs at 3.35 m/s in a straight line. The dog is unleashed and runs back and forth at 5.02 m/s between his owner and the river, until she reaches the river. What is the total distance run by the dog (in meters)?

The woman takes a certain amount of time to reach the river, no matter what the dog does. Find out that time.
The speed at which the dog runs in constant, no matter which direction the dog runs, so the total distance is just the speed of the dog times all the time the dog has to run.
Done.
