Err, isn"t Hydrogen Peroxide, rocket propellant highly explosive, particularly if exposed to water? Don"t forget to take off your arm when you go in the shower...
I guess if it is the size of a pencil, it is probably not so big a deal as it is for a jet pack or other macro application.
