Need help with a schematic. DPDT (center off) switch is used to send one of 2 signals to laboratory animal.
1: Nerve stimulus 0.5-4.0 ma at 3-5 volts
2: Radiofrequency signal at 1.7 mhz

Cannot tap into RF power source, however nerve stim has 9 volt dc battery.

Would prefer to use separate battery supply, size/space is not a significant factor.

Cannot use 120 v ac supply (or converted) due to safety.

How should I wire panel indicator lights (?LEDs) to indicate that circuit 1 or circuit 2 is active? Should this be done with a relay? LED's.
Need to be sure that none of the indicator circuit voltage is allowed to intermingle with either of the other 2 circuits.

Appreciate your help I am a beginner at this type project.

Hi Zarcon

Use one pole either side (opposite in relation to throw) to complete a series circuit to power the appropriate led... this can be powered by a separate battery if desired.... and use the remaining pole on either side to complete a series circuit to activate the working circuits. You will need an appropriate battery powered relay wired in series through the switch to activate the hf side of the ciruit.
